About Alexandra
Alex is a Vinyasa Yoga & Movement teacher renowned for her creative flows and thoughtfully crafted classes. A former dancer, she brings a deep understanding of the human body to every session, helping everyone in the room feel more connected to themselves. As a teacher, she inspires, encourages, and shares her knowledge in a way that leaves her students reaping the full benefits. ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

4 nights' accommodation
Arrival day: Sunday
Sunday: 1 yoga session ‘Gentle Flow’ (60 minutes) 4:00 p.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Sunday ‘Get together’ at the hotel bar at 7 p.m., followed by dinner together
Monday – Wednesday 2 yoga sessions from 8 a.m. to 9.45 a.m. (Vinyasa Yoga) and 1 yoga session from 4 p.m. to 5.15 p.m. (Myofascial Release & Meditation)
Thursday 1 yoga session from 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. (Vinyasa Yoga)
Individual departure

Breakfast together on request
Schwarz cuisine with breakfast table & dinner as well as fruit, teas & non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day
Yoga equipment (mat, meditation cushion, yoga blocks) available to borrow on site

Partners and children are welcome to enjoy the beauty of nature and the wide range of activities on offer, even without participating in yoga.
