Swimming course at the hotel

We offer children from the age of 4 the unique opportunity to learn how to swim while on holiday. Whether they are beginners or more advanced, the professional swimming instructors at Alpenresort Schwarz will conscientiously supervise the future swimming stars in private lessons (€ 40 per 30-minute session). Swimming lessons can be booked Monday - Friday. We ask for early booking 7 days in advance.

Animals to pet, action & fun

Petting zoo and adventure playground

A special nature experience for children also includes getting to know the local wildlife. In the petting zoo and on the mini farm, children have the opportunity to feed animals, pet them and take care of them.

At our adventure playground, kids can prove their dexterity and swing, slide, jump, balance and much more to their hearts’ content.

Childcare

Childcare is offered all day, 7 days a week at Alpenresort Schwarz. The programme is adapted to the different age groups. On request, children can also eat lunch together with the children’s club team as part of the Schwarz half board accommodation.

Children’s & Youth Club (for children from 3 years of age): daily from 10 am to 9 pm
Crèche (for children from 1 to 2 years): Monday to Friday from 3 pm to 6 pm with registration the day before.

Babysitter on request (€ 10 per 30 min for 1 child, each additional child per family € 5 per 30 min)

Children’s club and play area

Our younger guests and families have access to a bright, light-flooded children’s club with plenty of space for fun and games. It is divided into 2 large sections:

In the Kids Only area, we offer childcare with a varied programme daily from 10 am - 9 pm. You can find the detailed programme at any time in the Alpenresort Schwarz App. Table football, table tennis, a pool table and a ball playground for various ball games are also available.

The Play Area is open daily from 10 am - 9 pm for young and old. This area is without supervision and offers plenty of space for play, fun and creativity.

From climbing to action and fun with Multiball to the creative studio, there is something for everyone here.

“Aiming high&#8221 is the motto of our climbing area.. Small routes of varying difficulty and climbing ropes are wonderful for trying out climbing for the first time.

Multiball is a smart digital game and sports wall that combines different sports and a variety of fun games for all ages. It offers a whole new way to be physically active and have fun at the same time.

Our Creative Studio invites you to paint, craft and create. There are no limits to your imagination.

In addition, there is the Parents-Kids Room,which is designed for families with smaller children and can be visited at any time.

Kids Love Movement

Our varied, child-friendly programmes are tailored to the four seasons. At the Schwarz, young explorers experience our beautiful region with its special features. From a fossil hunt at nearby Stöttlbach to the adventurous geocaching treasure hunt on the Mieming Plateau, our children’s highlights promise a high fun factor with learning value.

Activities for teens at Alpenresort Schwarz

Riding

From pony rides for young guests to introductory lessons for beginners and trail rides for experienced riders:

Riding with our personal riding instructor Simone (ages 3 and up): As part of the children's program, pony rides at the petting zoo take place weekly. This offer is free of charge. Alternatively, private pony rides, riding lessons, lead-rein sessions, and trail rides can be booked for a fee. Meeting point for booked riding lessons: Petting Zoo.

Riding with Franziska (ages 11 and up): Riding lessons, dressage lessons, jump training, lead-rein sessions, and trail rides with riding instructor Franziska. Our riding stable is located at the "Gasthof Post" and is only a 3-minute walk from the hotel. We kindly ask you to bring your own riding equipment and to reserve riding lessons in advance.

Tennis lessons

Our tennis school offers individual and group lessons as well as special children’s tennis courses. Please make an appointment directly with our tennis coach Maximilian Mair on +43 676 571 5033. Our concierge will also be happy to take care of booking the lessons on direct dial 300.

Costs: € 65 per person / training session (approx. 55 minutes of tennis training and subsequent court maintenance)

Weekly golf taster

For the golf stars of the future.

The Schwarz golf offers

Children’s golfing course (3 days)

Early practice is the key to becoming a master. The basic concepts of golf are taught in a playful and fun way. An ideal introduction to golf for children from approx. 6 years of age.

The course includes 90 minutes each of instruction on the range and in the Academy, as well as playing a few holes of golf on the 9-hole parkland course with a professional.

Date: weekly from Monday - Wednesday
All-inclusive price: € 210 per participant
Including rental clubs and practice balls, range fee and 9-hole green fee at the parkland course and final diploma.
Minimum number of participants: 2 children; with 1 child, the course is shortened to 45 minutes per day

Private family golfing course (3 days)

You will learn the basics of golf exclusively with your family, individually and according to your wishes. After just 2 days of training, you will play your first golf holes together with the pro. Also suitable for advanced students.

Children’s minimum age: 6 years
All-inclusive price for 2 adults and 1 - 2 children: € 599
Including rental clubs and practice balls as well as green fee for practice round with a professional, starter package and final diploma

Golf Summer Camps

A varied golf training week with a wide range of games and training modules on the subject of golf and exercise. Run by trained PGA professionals.

Training and fun at the Academy; targeted technique training adapted to the respective skill levels combined with fun games, coordination exercises, and games on the parkland course.

Monday to Thursday from 10 am - 4 pm including lunch together

Friday from 10 am to approx. 1.30 pm: Final golf tournament followed by award ceremony and lunch at the Greenvieh club restaurant

Dates: 17 to 21 July 2023 and 21 to 25 August 2023

A family winter at the Schwarz

Fun in the snow

Our recipe for an unforgettable winter holiday with the family: Building a snowman together. Whizzing down the toboggan run. Conquering the slopes on skis. Enjoying a snowball fight with loved ones. A winter walk across meadows and forests. Following the animal tracks in the snow. And if you are quiet, much quieter than the forest - you might even spot a deer.

To warm up, we recommend splashing around in the pool.

Skiing

Tyrol and skiing go together. For our small guests, we have compiled a children’s skiing offer. Mum and dad can enjoy a carefree ski and spa holiday while the children are well looked after.
