To offer our guests an even more diverse and enjoyable holiday experience in the future, we are currently working on new offerings and planning the modernization of selected areas in Haus Obstgartl 3.

NEW SPA LOUNGE

From January 7, 2026 to mid-May 2026, the ground floor of Obstgartl 3 will be renovated. In the former fitness center—currently a lounge—as well as in the spa bistro, fireplace lounge, and quiet room, new spaces for movement, regeneration, and culinary enjoyment will be created.

MOVEMENT & MENTAL HEALTH

Three rooms for workouts, meditation, and yoga – offering even more opportunities for community sessions and retreats.

RELAXATION & RECOVERY

Unwind by the open fireplace or with direct access to the pools and garden. A peaceful retreat and favorite place to relax.

FOOD & DRINKS

A spa restaurant serving light meals for lunch or a small bite in between – relaxed and comfortable, even in your bathrobe.

The new yoga and movement rooms will be available from March 27, 2026.
The spa restaurant and relaxation areas are scheduled to open on May 8, 2026.

Our Wellness Offerings

During the renovation phase, you will of course continue to enjoy full access to all the resort’s facilities, such as the Sauna Village and Water World, with the exception of the fireplace lounge, which will reopen in May 2026 after the renovation.

The treatment area will not be affected by the construction work.

Until the end of March, all fitness and yoga sessions will take place in our Bliss House and Greenvieh Chalet.
